​(NEWBIES – LEVEL 1+)

‘Opal is a relaxed fit high waist pants set with mix and match options. Choose from a range of features such as inseam or patch pockets, back pockets, belt loops, an optional belt and multiple’.

1st lesson: You do not need need to bring anything other then yourself and some enthusiasm! 

2nd lesson onwards: You will be required to bring your sewing pattern/ pattern pieces, materials and all relevant notions 

Session Dates:
Monday 8th, 15th and 22nd of August – 6pm
Lesson 1: 1 hour
​Lessons 2 and 3: 2.5hours

This course costs: $270

This price includes the cost of the sewing pattern, expert advise from a qualified fashion designer, all machinery and tools required and interfacing.
You will be required to purchase your own materials after your first lesson for your pants. More information will be provided during your first lesson.

Newbies – Level 1, No sewing skills are required or expected! Most will have never touched a machine before.

Beginners – Level 2, You might know some basic skills or have set up a machine at technology 20 years back! 

Rookies – Level 3, You will be confident in using a machine independently and have made a few basic projects, with help.

Intermediate – Level 4, You are confident in using a sewing machine and have begun to make a range of different projects including clothing items.

Advanced – Level 5, You are proficient on a machine and are familiar with using sewing and working with sewing patterns.

Come along as a complete Newbie to sewing and learn the basics while making your own pair of pants!
​Your pattern will be provided on your first lesson, as well as complete guidance as to how to cut out a pattern and fabric, set up and use a machine, and of course, make a pair of pants!

THE ASSEMBLY LINE – ELASTIC WAIST MAXI SKIRT

‘Maxi skirt shaped with an elasticated waistband for ultimate comfort. It features large patch pockets and decorative stitchings. Mix and match with different tops when you navigate your styling from week to weekend.’
